HELLO!

Caitlin is an award-winning, multidisciplinary art director. She values the problem-solving possibilities of design, refined craft in its execution, and the entrepreneurial drive required to get things done. An experienced creative, Caitlin has developed and launched brands and  for a wide range of clients ranging from beauty, fashion, retail, consumer packaging, and restaurants. She is the founder of CW Collection, a series of prints and products known for bold colors and patterns.

Working with clients and teams, she crafts innovative stories, brands, businesses, and experiences to help change the world. Seamlessly integrating design thinking, strategy, and art direction, she creates compelling brand messages that inspire action. She is guided by critical study in business and innovation, embracing divergent thinking, experimentation, play, and collaboration. A conduit between strategy and creativity, she aims to discover insights and new opportunities– believing in asking the right questions before designing the right answer. She helps clients innovate by designing conditions to engage opportunity and imagine the future. Changing global contexts require that leaders have curiosity and courage to construct cultures of possibility.

She enjoys working with brands that engage her love of fashion, art and culture and believes if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.
