NHA GOES TO 11

Not your common corporate meeting theme, NHA sought to liven their national business meeting by focusing on a playful theme inspired by the 1984 mockumentary, Spinal Tap. Designed for sales, marketing, products and operations staffs across the business to establish yearly strategies, expectations and planning, the unconventional theme focused on the new year with a positive, energizing launch. NHA’s goal was for team members to leave believing that they were the brand and owned a piece of the NHA success who helped drive the business through their contributions, attitude and approach to work. The underlying message became, “Empowering people to access a better future.” Leaders cast a clear vision for the future by sharing plans and encouraging teams to challenge themselves to invest, believe and live the mission of NHA.
